CHALLENGE

I had one week to independently design the YELLOH landing page and work with two internal developers to deploy it. Although I can’t show the original landing page, the primary issue was that visitors arriving from advertisements were not signing up for the service.

PROCESS

I started by mapping out the user experience for navigating the website, prioritizing the organization of information to educate users unfamiliar with the YELLOH brand. My aim was to present the content clearly without overwhelming them, which could cause users to leave the page. Additionally, I used YELLOH's assets (fonts, icons, images) and style guide to create the landing page design in Figma.

I reviewed the Figma file internally with SRW's creative team, incorporated their feedback, and then shared it with two internal developers at YELLOH. Following that, I had direct calls with the developers to clarify my design choices, provide feedback, and approve the final design before it went live.

RESULTS

Ultimately, YELLOH informed SRW that the new landing page increased increased the Click Through Rate from 2 to 3%!

Note from Allie: Unfortunately, this process section isn't as detailed as the others on my portfolio site. I would have liked to provide more context, but it's essential to respect client confidentiality, and this is all I was allowed to share. Despite the limited depth in the process, I still really wanted to include this project!
